中原地產大埔中心高級分區營業經理黃達雄表示，大埔頌雅苑最新錄一宗租賃成交，屋苑新近錄得A座中層19室，單位建築面積583平方呎，實用面積443平方呎，2房間隔，放盤時開價約$12,500，日前議價後以$11,500租出，實用平均呎租$26。

據了解，原業主於2000年以$107萬購入單位，持貨22年，是次租出單位可享約13厘租金回報。
