中原地產御龍山副區域營業董事梁廣成表示，日前促成大埔翡翠花園單號屋成交，單位實用面積1,765平方呎，建築面積2,248平方呎，3房連套房間隔，叫價$3,600萬，議價後以$3,438萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$19,479。
中原梁廣成指，原業主於2014年以$3,300萬購入單位，持貨約8年，是次沽出單位，帳面獲利$138萬離場，單位期內升值約4.2%。
