中原地產新界東豪宅麗坪路分行經理徐家倫表示。大埔滌濤山最新錄9座中層B單位成交，3房連套房間隔，實用面積1026平方呎，單位建築面積1370平方呎，開價約$1,200萬，議價後連車位以$1,168萬沽出，平均實用呎價$11,384。

中原徐家倫表示，原業主於2002年以約$430萬購入單位，持貨約20年，是次沽出單位獲利約$738萬離場，單位期內升值約172%。
