大埔湖景道雙號屋以$4.5萬租出租金回報達3.3厘

中原地產康樂園分行經理鄭浩强表示，大埔比華利山別墅最新錄一宗租賃成交，單位為湖景道雙號屋，單位建築面積3110平方呎，實用面積1902平方呎，開價約$4.6萬，議價後以$4.5萬租出，實用平均呎租$23.7。

據了解，業主則於2009年以$1,650萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約3.3厘租金回報。
