中原地產大埔嵐山分行經理楊頌堯表示，大埔汀雅苑最新近錄A座低層06室，單位建築面積674平方呎，實用面積563平方呎，2房間隔，放盤時開價約$510萬，日前議價後以自由市場價$498萬易手，實用平均呎價$8,845。

據了解，原業主於2008年以$20萬購入單位，持貨14年，是次沽出單位賬面獲利約$478萬離場，單位升值約24倍。
