中原地產-霍栢雄經理表示，租出單位為大埔嵐山剛錄5座中層A室，單位實用面積834平方呎，屬3房連套房間隔，日前雙方議價後以$2.2萬租出，實用面積平均呎租約$26.4。

中原霍栢雄指，新租客為區內客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位價錢合理，間隔合用，即決定租入單位自住。據了解，業主於2014年以$767萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約3.4厘租金回報。
