世紀21宇田地產高級客戶經理羅家威表示，剛成交為大埔寶雅苑A座(逸和閣)高層16室，單位實用面積381平方呎，座向西北開揚景觀，單位原開價$560萬，最終減價至$482萬(自由市場價)承接，實用面積平均呎價$12,651。

世紀21羅家威指，原業主於2018年7月才以$450萬購入單位，持貨僅4年單位升值7%，業主帳面獲利約$32萬。
