　愈見增長，惟東西九龍樓面供應緊絀，加上叫價持續遞增，令不少用家轉投新界區「尋寶」，大埔汀角的太平工業中心第4座中層單位，面積約2,500呎，成交價約700萬元，以交吉形式易手，創該廈買賣歷史新高記錄。

第4座逾五成單位已補地價

　中原(工商舖)劉重興表示，大埔汀角路51至57號太平工業中心第4座中層4號室，面積約2,544平方呎，剛以約700萬元售予從事內地生意的用家，每方呎價約2,750元。原業主從事電子零件生意，在該幢大廈內持有多個單位，於1995年以約1,090萬元購入該層全層樓面作貨倉用，涉及面積約10,040平方呎，平均呎價約1,086元；而與今番易手的新呎價約2,750元相比，單位呎價升值約1.5倍。劉氏續稱，該業主因有意業務重整，故把該樓面放售，今番易手後，現只餘2個單位自用。據悉，連上址在內，太平工業中心第4座超過五成單位已補地價，可作寫字樓用途，對租客及買家甚具吸引力。
