大埔太平工廈700萬售出

 愈見增長,惟東西九龍樓面供應緊絀,加上叫價持續遞增,令不少用家轉投新界區「尋寶」,大埔汀角的太平工業中心第4座中層單位,面積約2,500呎,成交價約700萬元,以交吉形式易手,創該廈買賣歷史新高記錄。

第4座逾五成單位已補地價

 中原(工商舖)劉重興表示,大埔汀角路51至57號太平工業中心第4座中層4號室,面積約2,544平方呎,剛以約700萬元售予從事內地生意的用家,每方呎價約2,750元。原業主從事電子零件生意,在該幢大廈內持有多個單位,於1995年以約1,090萬元購入該層全層樓面作貨倉用,涉及面積約10,040平方呎,平均呎價約1,086元;而與今番易手的新呎價約2,750元相比,單位呎價升值約1.5倍。劉氏續稱,該業主因有意業務重整,故把該樓面放售,今番易手後,現只餘2個單位自用。據悉,連上址在內,太平工業中心第4座超過五成單位已補地價,可作寫字樓用途,對租客及買家甚具吸引力。
