大埔中心3座頂層2房戶以$398萬易手損手逾「一球」

美聯物業 - 梁葦姮經理表示，該行最新促成大埔中心409實呎頂層戶以$398萬易手，原業主持貨8年，帳面損手逾「一球」。

梁葦姮表示，成交單位為大埔中心1期3座頂層戶，實用面積為409平方呎，屬2房間隔。據悉，單位半年前以$500萬放售，多次下調叫價，至近日終以$398萬沽出，實用呎價約$9,731。

資料顯示，原業主2017年底以$520萬購入單位，持貨約8年，帳面蝕$122萬。
