中原地產-黃達雄經理表示，成交單位為大埔中心最新錄7座中層B室，單位實用面積371平方呎，建築面積517平方呎，2房間隔，早前叫價約$450萬，議價後以$418萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$11,267。

據了解，新買家為同區客，見屋苑附近配套完善，間隔合用，即決定購入單位自住。據了解，原業主則於2007年以$155萬買入單位，持貨18年，是次易手賬面獲利約$263萬，單位期內升值170%。
