中原地產沙田第一城分行區域營業董事黎宗文表示，日前促成大圍翠景花園2座中層H室，單位實用面積707平方呎，建築面積886平方呎，3房間隔，開價約$1,090萬，其後減至$908萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$12,843。

據了解，原業主則於2017年以$790萬購入單位，持貨5年，是次沽出單位賬面獲利約$118萬離場，單位期內升值約14.9%。
