據了解，新買家為投資收租客，見屋苑位置方便，少有放盤，單位間隔合用，即入市單位投資收租，單位市值租金約$29,000至$30,000，買家料可享約3.3至3.4厘租金回報。據了解，原業主於2020年以$982萬購入單位，持貨5年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$66萬離場，單位期內升值約6.7%。
