大圍地舖減價13%

 香港文匯報訊(記者 周穎)工商舖市場最近成交放緩,有舖位業主減價成交。土地註冊處資料顯示,大圍村南道15至35號富嘉花園地下23號舖以5,030萬元易手,面積400方呎,呎價12,575元。市場人士指出,原叫價5,800萬元,最後減價逾13%成交。登記買家為利事高有限公司,董事為古成文及謝慧芳。

 持有9成樓面的大業主拆售中環擺花街1號一號廣場,土地註冊處資料顯示,17、18樓全層2層樓面,每層面積約4,005方呎,分別以4,564.899萬元易手,涉資逾9,129.8萬元。其中,17樓登記買家為建利貿易有限公司;而18樓登記買家為森德投資發展有限公司。

 華置發言人表示,旗下旺角「Chicの堡」項目本周再錄2宗成交,商舖面積均為194方呎,呎價分別為1.85萬至2.06萬元。項目8月售出24個商舖,累售近85%已推出的商舖,僅餘兩個2樓商舖及少量1樓商舖,呎價1.9萬至3萬元。
