大圍地舖減價13%

　香港文匯報訊（記者周穎）工商舖市場最近成交放緩，有舖位業主減價成交。土地註冊處資料顯示，大圍村南道15至35號富嘉花園地下23號舖以5,030萬元易手，面積400方呎，呎價12,575元。市場人士指出，原叫價5,800萬元，最後減價逾13%成交。登記買家為利事高有限公司，董事為古成文及謝慧芳。

　持有9成樓面的大業主拆售中環擺花街1號一號廣場，土地註冊處資料顯示，17、18樓全層2層樓面，每層面積約4,005方呎，分別以4,564.899萬元易手，涉資逾9,129.8萬元。其中，17樓登記買家為建利貿易有限公司；而18樓登記買家為森德投資發展有限公司。

　華置發言人表示，旗下旺角「Chicの堡」項目本周再錄2宗成交，商舖面積均為194方呎，呎價分別為1.85萬至2.06萬元。項目8月售出24個商舖，累售近85%已推出的商舖，僅餘兩個2樓商舖及少量1樓商舖，呎價1.9萬至3萬元。
