中原地產-周家傑經理表示，分行最新錄大圍名城三期盛世5座高層ND室，單位實用面積752平方呎，建築面積994平方呎，3房連套房間隔，開價約$1,350萬，議價後以$1,313萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價約$17,460。

中原周家傑指，新買家為外區家庭客，見屋苑位置方便，單位間隔合用，即決定租入單位自住。據了解，原業主則於2016年以$1,050萬買入單位，持貨約9年，是次易手賬面獲利$263萬離場，單位期內升值25%。
