中原地產-張曼筠經理表示，日前促成大圍名城一期1座高層SB室，單位實用面積785平方呎，建築面積1030平方呎，3房連套房間隔，開價約$1,150萬，最終以$1,128萬獲承接，實用面積平均呎價$14,369。

據了解，新買家為同區用家，見屋苑位置方便，單位間隔合用，即承接單位自用。據了解，原業主於2014年以約$848萬購入單位，持貨約11年，是次易手賬面獲利$280萬離場，單位期內升值33%。
