堅尼地城嘉輝花園累減至$510萬售出 4年貶值約3%

世紀21堅城地產楊海燕表示，該行新近促成堅尼地城嘉輝花園D座低層1室，實用面積281平方呎，2房間隔，座向東北以街景為主，原開價$610萬，累減至$510萬售出，實用面積平均呎價$18,149。

據了解，原業主於2018年3月以$528萬購入單位自住，持貨4年至今轉售，賬面損失$18萬，單位期內貶值約3%。
