韋堅信測量師行商業及投資部董事許偉國表示，現時零售市場表現強勁，市場對核心消費區的銀座式商廈有一定需求，今次標售物業的租戶多為樓上咖啡店、美容院及金融機構，目前樓面出租率約85%。若全部樓面租出，回報率可高達4厘。
