香港文匯報訊（記者 顏倫樂）西營盤均益大廈3期地下及閣樓4號至9號商舖，早前向城規會申請將兩層樓面約8,162方呎，改裝成10個房間作酒店賓館之用，提供69個床位，旅客的人均居住面積僅得60方呎。該申請引起區內居民及區議員反對，諮詢期內收到354個意見，全數反對，認為申請的經濟效益低，無法促進旅遊業，更擔心會引起治安及消防安全等問題，及對住戶造成滋擾。
城規會早前修訂長沙灣分區計劃大綱核准圖，將汝州西街熟食小販市場，以及荔枝角道近長順街的停車場劃作商業用途，分別提供約37.5萬及54.6萬方呎樓面。諮詢期內收到26份意見，包括區議員及居民，有建議認為要增加社區設施，及增加停車位。
