地產熱線：建滔化工12億買沙田商廈

　香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）為配合公司業務及作投資用途，建滔化工(0148)昨宣布，斥資12.78億元向九龍倉(0004)連租約購入沙田安耀街3號匯達大廈，相當於每呎樓面地價3,664元。此商廈樓高24層，總樓面約34.9萬呎，現時出租率逾90%，每月租金收入430萬元。

　建滔化工將以內部資源支付交易費用，並計劃保留部分樓層作總部自用，部分繼續作出租用。
