林氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為5期(麗湖居)4座中層D室，實用面積547呎，三房兩廳，放盤僅一星期即獲承接。新買家為區內客，鍾情屋苑鄰近家人，方便照應，而且區內交通不俗，加上單位內籠四正，樓價可以負擔，遂便決定零議價以$450萬購入上址作自住上車之用，以實用面積計算呎價為$8,227。
