祥益地產 - 林家倫經理表示，日前分行促成一宗嘉湖山莊賞湖居的買賣成交個案，原業主以約$138.2萬一手購入，是次轉手帳面獲利約$269.8萬。

林氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為2期(賞湖居) 1座高層E室，實用面積448呎，兩房兩廳。據悉，新買家為區內客，表示熟悉天水圍區環境，以及原業主為加快售出，放盤僅兩天累減$22萬，新買家鍾情單位企理、寬敞以及價格相宜，遂便以$408萬購入上址作自住用途，單位以實用面積計算呎價為$9107，屬於市價成交。
