發展商多賺逾130萬

發展商是次重售賣貴約62萬元(約10%),連同殺訂逾70萬元,合共多賺逾130萬元。該盤全數136伙住宅單位已沽清,套現超過7億元。

資料顯示,該單位去年9月原以582.71萬元售出,呎價20,303元,買家採用靈活優惠付款方法,簽定臨時買賣合約時已支付5%訂金,之後再支付第二期5%訂金,另外5%訂金則於330天內分5期繳付,每60天即兩個月供樓價1%,每期供5.8萬元。買家最終斷供撻訂,上月31日已終止交易,料已供最少3期,連同最初支付的10%訂金,由買樓到被發展商殺訂,短短八個月料輸逾70萬元。
