美聯物業東九龍啟德一號分行(2)首席高級營業經理黃家樂表示，剛成交單位為啟朗苑A座啟遙閣中層5室，實用面積471平方呎，屬2房間隔，項目新淨內櫳企理，兼鄰近港鐵啟德站，以未補地價$712萬成交，折合實用呎價約$15,117。

據了解，原業主於2019年4月以約$350.8萬未補地價購入，是次轉手帳面獲利$361.2萬，升值逾1倍。
