香港置業-宋國權董事表示，該行最新促成啟德維港．雙鑽2A座低層E室，實用面積約305平方呎，屬1房間隔，向西望內海景。宋國權指出，業主以$1.56萬放租約1個月後獲外籍客洽詢，雙方經議價後，以$1.5萬承租，實用面積平均呎租約$49.2。據了解，新租客為外國人，心儀單位屬全新單位，而且望內海，故睇樓一次即決定承租。
資料顯示，業主於2025年4月以約$573.3萬購入上述單位，若以現時的租金水平計算，業主享回報約3.1厘。
