商廈車位買賣30月新高

香港文匯報訊　中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇昨日指出，5月商廈車位買賣登記錄78宗及1.10億元，顯著高於4月的27宗及5,449萬元。宗數僅低於2012年11月的178宗，創下最近兩年半的按月新高。5月登記顯著回升，主要是由北角秀明中心的拆售項目推高，共錄68宗及9,677萬元。

分區按月統計，基於北角秀明中心一籃子車位登記，港島區成交量及總額明顯上升。5月錄71宗及1.02億元，倍數高於4月的3宗及791萬元。而九龍區5月錄4宗及619萬元，較4月下跌78.9%及86%。新界區錄3宗及167萬元，較4月下跌40%及29%。
