商廈車位買賣升80%

香港文匯報訊　中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇昨日指出，7月商廈車位買賣登記錄45宗及9,768萬元，較6月份的25宗及5,094萬元上升80%及91.8%。

7月車位登記主要來自觀塘商廈，包括創業街萬泰利廣場 (錄14宗、總值4,615萬元)、駿業街中海日升中心 (錄12宗總值2,308萬元)、海濱道萬兆豐中心 (錄3宗、總值525萬元)及成業街電訊一代廣場 (錄3宗、總值510萬元)。以上四幢商廈的車位成交已達32宗共7,958萬元，分別佔全月登記逾七成及逾八成。

港島區零成交

分區統計，九龍區表現最為突出，7月錄35宗及9,076萬元，按月上升1.3倍及2.7倍。新界區錄10宗及692萬元，上升42.9%及1倍。而港島區則繼去年11月後再度錄得零宗成交。
