由會德豐地產與港鐵合作發展、將軍澳日出康城新盤GRAND SEASONS，昨日推出新一輪單位，首日即售出25伙，當中一位大手客斥資約2260萬購入3伙，包括一伙1房、一伙2房及一伙3房，整個SEASONS系列已累計售出1084伙，總套現超過67.2億元

恒基地產九龍城新盤南首，以招標方式售出1伙特色平台戶，一周內已連售3伙特色戶，套現約1600萬。最新成交的單位為3樓B6室，實用面積220平方呎，連76平方呎平台，成交價465萬元，成交呎價21136元，南首短短三週已迅速售出逾80%，共252伙，套現約13.05億元。

嘉里建設聯同信和、太古地產及港鐵合作發展的黃竹坑站上蓋新盤海盈山，昨日亦有新成交，單位為2A座10樓C室，面積659平方呎，以1455.25萬元成交，平方呎價約22083元。

嘉里建設旗下的元朗朗天峰，亦錄得新成交，1A座25樓J室面積311平方呎，以405.9萬元售出，呎價約13051元。

新世界夥拍遠東合作發展的啟德柏蔚森，昨日再錄得新成交，2座10樓C室，面積395平方呎，以682.6萬售出，呎價17281元。買家選擇了150天現金優惠付款計劃。
