消息時有所聞。據土地註冊處資料顯示，藝人古天樂新近以康栢國際發展有限公司名義，以5,000萬元購入觀塘潤承大廈3層全層單位，涉及樓面8,902方呎，折合呎價5,617元。物業原業主為導演杜琪峯之妻黃寶玲。

翻查記錄，黃氏早於2002年以1,000萬元購入該廈的地下至3樓物業，其中1層全層於3年前以5,400萬元售予天下一物業有限公司，公司董事為古天樂母親李綺雯。
