去年商舖「摸貨」勁增1.55倍

　香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）去年投資氣氛熾熱，商舖「摸貨」亦相當暢旺，中原地產研究部聯席董事黃良昇指出，去年商舖「摸貨」買賣合約登記總值37.7億元，創97年後的新高，按年上升1.55倍；宗數達314宗，創出5年新高，按年亦上升1.55倍。

　黃良昇補充，去年各金額類型錄得的金額及宗數均全部顯著高於2009年。當中金額及宗數升幅最為顯著的是200萬至500萬元類型，共錄得6.53億元及88宗，按年升2.41倍及2.26倍。升幅居次的是1,000萬至2,000萬元類型，共錄得12.69億元及43宗，按年升1.99倍及2.07倍。

　去年最高金額的商舖「摸貨」買賣合約登記個案是紅磡馬頭圍道104至112號富恒閣一籃子舖位，價值1.15億元。其次是上環皇后大道西2至12號聯發商業中心2樓全層舖位，價值1.08億元。

　按月統計，去年12月份商舖「摸貨」買賣合約登記總值6.41億元，按月上升55.6%，創近6年以來按月新高；宗數則錄得34宗，按月下降12.8%。
