去年商舖「摸貨」勁增1.55倍

 香港文匯報訊(記者 梁悅琴)去年投資氣氛熾熱,商舖「摸貨」亦相當暢旺,中原地產研究部聯席董事黃良昇指出,去年商舖「摸貨」買賣合約登記總值37.7億元,創97年後的新高,按年上升1.55倍;宗數達314宗,創出5年新高,按年亦上升1.55倍。

 黃良昇補充,去年各金額類型錄得的金額及宗數均全部顯著高於2009年。當中金額及宗數升幅最為顯著的是200萬至500萬元類型,共錄得6.53億元及88宗,按年升2.41倍及2.26倍。升幅居次的是1,000萬至2,000萬元類型,共錄得12.69億元及43宗,按年升1.99倍及2.07倍。

 去年最高金額的商舖「摸貨」買賣合約登記個案是紅磡馬頭圍道104至112號富恒閣一籃子舖位,價值1.15億元。其次是上環皇后大道西2至12號聯發商業中心2樓全層舖位,價值1.08億元。

 按月統計,去年12月份商舖「摸貨」買賣合約登記總值6.41億元,按月上升55.6%,創近6年以來按月新高;宗數則錄得34宗,按月下降12.8%。
