匯八坊舖位加價8%

香港文匯報訊(記者 梁悅琴)資深投資者廖偉麟持有的彩虹匯八坊商場項目早前推出市場,個別成交地舖呎價高見6.3萬元。業主目前決定把餘下9個舖位發售,加幅約8%,保留首年5%租金回報保證,個別舖位已獲準買家出價競投。

中原(工商舖)寫字樓部區域營業董事黃瑋琮表示,位於清水灣道8號的匯八坊商場早前售出約16個舖位,面積由141方呎至2,026方呎不等,合共套現近2億元。資料顯示,已售出的舖位成交價約618萬元至2,960萬元,平均呎價由1萬元起,其中最高成交呎價舖位為地下G04號舖,建築面積159方呎,獲買家以1,000萬元購入,折合呎價6.3萬元。

該項目為資深投資者廖偉麟或有關人士於去年12月斥資逾3.538億元購入上址,樓面面積合共逾3.8萬方呎,呎價9,452元。
