美聯物業北角豪宅組北角匯分行高級營業經理謝國安表示，剛促成的北角電氣道DIVA一個中層B室單位，實用面積約為493平方呎，為兩房及開放式廚房間格，以$1,028萬入市，折合實用呎價約為$20,852。

原業主於2018年7月份以約$1,038萬購入上述物業，是次轉手帳面輕微蝕讓10萬元沽出。
