北角盈富閣減至$775萬成交

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角盈富閣中層A室，單位實用面積約467平方呎，2房間隔，向南面眺望開揚樓景為主，原叫價$820萬，減至$775萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約$16,595。

世紀21日昇蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位原業主於2015年10月以約$670萬購入上址單位，持貨僅7年帳面獲利$105萬，期間單位升值16%。
