世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角丹拿道港運城，物業2座低層E室，單位實用面積約780平方呎，單位屬三房連主人套房間隔單位，向西北面園景，成交價$1,300萬，實用呎價約$16,667。業主原叫價$1530萬，累計減價15%成交。

蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位原業主於2015年7月以約$1,256萬購入上址單位，持貨7年帳面升值$44萬，期間單位僅僅升值4%，但扣除釐印費等轉售成本，業主實際上是「平手離場」。
