北角海璇再錄撻大訂 買家料失8球訂金|今年第二宗 上一宗失750萬

新鴻基地產旗下現樓新盤「海璇」近日再錄撻訂個案,單位為第2座7樓B室,實用面積1,467平方呎,四房一套間隔。買家於2019年7月簽訂臨約,採用360日付款計劃,以8,035.45萬元成交,呎價54,774元。

資料顯示,上述買賣合約已於前日(28日)終止,買方料被沒收樓價10%訂金,預計涉款約803.54萬元。

翻查記錄,海璇上一宗撻訂發生於今年2月底,單位為5座10樓B室,實用面積1,488平方呎,四房間隔,原於2023年9月以7588.8萬元成交,終止交易後遭殺訂約10%,即759萬元。
