北角東寶大廈低層2房 $698萬成交呎價跌至近2年低位

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角英皇道東寶大廈低層兩房D室，單位實用面積約475平方呎，成交價$698萬，實用呎價約$14,695，呎價跌至屋苑近2年的成交低位，單位原先叫價為$740萬，最終減價$42萬成交，減幅達5.7%。

蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位原業主於1997年7月以約$204.5萬購入上址單位，持貨25年帳面獲利$493.5萬，期間單位大幅升值逾2.4倍。
