美聯物業北角豪宅組-柏傲山分行市務經理(銷售)王家銳表示，新近促成北角愛琴軒中層B室成交，實用面積約313平方呎，建築面積約486平方呎，2房間隔，原業主叫價約$638萬，議價後以約$623萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$19,904，建築面積平均呎價$12,819。

據悉，原業主於2019年1月以約$535萬購入上述物業，剛剛SSD鬆綁約數個月，是次轉售帳面獲利約$88萬，物業升值約16％。
