香港置業-林文奇董事表示，該行剛促成一宗北角形品低層B室，實用面積約344平方呎，屬1房間隔，向東北望開揚景。林文奇指，原業主以約$628萬放盤約9個月後吸引外區客洽詢，雙方議價後以$570萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$16,570。據悉，新買家為首置客，心儀單位旺中帶靜，而且配有大廈專車，故睇樓1次後決定入市。
資料顯示，原業主於2015年7月以約$585萬購入上述單位，是次易手，原業主帳面虧損約$15萬。
