世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角康澤花園A座低層1室，單位實用面積約593平方呎，3房連套房間隔單位，向東北面眺望樓景為主，最終成交價$915萬，實用面積平均呎價約$15,430。
世紀21日昇蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位業主於今年3月原叫價達$960萬，期間減價$45萬，減幅僅4.7%，原業主早於1987年6月一手低價購入上址，期間市值大幅增加。
