中原地產北角城市分行區域營業董事林龍南透露，分行促成成交單位為北角寶馬山花園1座低層A室，3房套間隔，實用面積917平方呎，建築面積1143平方呎。業主6月8日放盤，叫價$1,880萬，放盤2星期即減$62萬以$1,818萬將單位易手，折合平均實用呎價$19,826。

林龍南指，原業主於1995年10月以$710萬買入單位，持貨27年，帳面獲利$1,108萬，單位升值156%。
