世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交是北角書局街國賓大廈中層A室，單位實用面積約347平方呎，單位屬2房單位，向西南面樓景，業主原叫價$388萬，最終成交價$350萬，期間減幅達10%，實用面積平均呎價約$10,086。蔡嘉駿補充，原業主於早年低價購入，現時以遺產貨售出。
