北角嘉威大廈減價$60萬至$395萬成交創屋苑自年中以來低位

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角渣華道嘉威大廈，物業A座高層06室，單位實用面積約269平方呎，單位屬開放式設計單位，向南眺望樓景，原業主早前以$455萬放盤，最終減價$60萬至$395萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約$14,684，減幅約13%，再創屋苑自年中以來低位。

蔡嘉駿補充，單位原業主於2014年12月以$358萬購入上址，持貨10年帳面升值$37萬，期間升值約10%。
