世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示,新近成交是北角和富中心14座中層D室,單位實用面積約733平方呎,屬3房設計,望向南開揚樓景單位,新近獲買家以$850萬承接,實用面積平均呎價$11,596,原業主早兩個月前$900萬放售,最終減價$50萬成交,減幅5.5%。
蔡嘉駿補充,原業主業主於2013年9月以$808萬購入單位,持貨12年帳面僅僅升值$42萬,期間只升值5%,扣除轉售成本幾近平手離場。
