世紀21日昇地產 - 蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交單位位於北角和富中心1座低層D室，實用面積約875平方呎，屬於三房間隔，向東北面望全海景。成交價為$1,028萬，實用呎價約$11,749。業主原叫價$1,200萬，經過減價$172萬後成交，減幅達14.3%。

蔡嘉駿補充，該單位原業主於2018年12月以$1,450萬高價購入該地址，持貨7年後帳面大幅蝕讓$422萬，期間市值回落29%。
