北角半山豪景中層2房套減價$132萬至$1,068萬成交

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角半山寶馬山道豪景中層C室，單位實用面積約836平方呎，2房連套房，連一車位，向西北眺望部分維港海景，原業主於今年5月放盤價為$1,200萬，最終減價$132萬至$1,068萬成交，減幅約11%，實用面積平均呎價低見$12,775。今年年初同類較低層單位，成交價亦達$1,238萬，最新成交價較年初再跌近14%。

蔡嘉駿補充，單位原業主早於2007年11月以$698萬購入上址，持貨17年帳面獲利$370萬，期間升值53%。
