據悉，新買家為區外換樓客。單位原業主早於1995年10月以約$710萬購入上址單位，並於2006年2月進行內部轉讓，撇開內部轉讓價，業主持貨27年帳面獲利$1,108萬，期間大幅升值逾1.5倍。
