世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角丹拿花園3座高層H室，單位實用面積約665平方呎，3房間隔單位，向東北面眺望樓景為主，業主今年1月，原叫價為$1,038萬，最終減價$80萬至$958萬成交，實用面積平均呎價為$14,406，亦較4個月前同座同類單位成交價回落約6%。
世紀21日昇蔡嘉駿補充，原業主於2015年12月購入上址，當時購入價為$946.8萬，持貨8年帳面僅僅升值$11.2萬，期間帳面升幅僅1%，扣除釐印費等交易成本，業主需微蝕離場。
