世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角丹拿花園5座高層C室，單位實用面積約734平方呎，3房連套房間隔單位，向西南面眺望樓景為主，業主今個月初放盤，原叫價為$1,238萬，最終減價$88萬至$1,150萬成交，實用面積平均呎價為$15,668。
蔡嘉駿補充，原業主於2013年2月購入上址，當時購入價為$903.8萬，持貨10年帳面僅僅升值$246.2萬，期間帳面升幅達27%。
