世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角丹拿花園1座高層D室，單位實用面積約674平方呎，3房連套房間隔單位，向西南面眺望樓景為主，業主今年8月放盤，原叫價為$1,200萬，最終減價$150萬至$1,050萬成交，實用面積平均呎價為$15,579。

蔡嘉駿補充，原業主於2009年8月購入上址，當時購入價為$522萬，持貨14年帳面升值$528萬，期間帳面升幅逾一倍。
