　香港文匯報訊　(記者趙建強)　永義國際旗下何文田勝利道一號昨日舉行開放出售儀式，永義執行董事官可欣表示，項目去年推售，售出8伙單位，當時銷售均價約1萬元，全部買家均已收樓。公司早前加推20伙單位，下月5日可推售。

　官可欣表示，項目早前已經入伙，目前設有6間現樓示範單位供準買家參觀，包括3間有裝修，及3間交樓標準單位。她透露，項目獲不少區內客查詢，部分有意購入單位作收租用途，估計租金回報率約3.5%。

呎價1萬至1.3萬

　勝利道一號早前加推20伙單位價單，官可欣表示，預計11月5號正式開售，20伙單位呎價由1萬元至1.3萬元不等，共計可套現約2億元。

　資料顯示，勝利道一號於去年8月正式推售，由永義國際發展、永義物業管理，樓高23層，共有60伙標準單位，及3伙特色單位。發展商透露，整各項目市值約5億元。
