加拿芬道地舖8380萬易手

　香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）耀才集團主席兼資深投資者葉茂林剛以8,380萬元沽出尖沙咀加拿芬道8至12E號嘉芬大廈地下D及E舖，合共面積約1,300平方呎，呎價約6,4462元，買家為資深投資者朱瑞祥。葉茂林於05年1月以約4,380萬元購入上址，持貨6年獲利4,000萬元，物業升值逾90%。

葉茂林持貨6年賺逾9成

　中原(工商舖)商舖部營業董事游院玲表示，資深投資者朱瑞祥看好區內前景，加上物業鄰近港鐵站及K11大型商場，極具投資價值，遂購入物業作投資之用。按上址現時每月租金收入共約17.6萬元計，回報約2厘半。現時D舖由鞋店承租，每月租金約9萬元，租期至2013年6月；E舖則由找換店以每月約8.6萬元承租，租期至2012年8月。
